FIELD: oil and gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: before coke mass is released, valve of hydraulic lock 22 of riser 5 for discharging gas from coke furnace is closed by means of lever 24. Valve of hydraulic lock 22 of riser 5 for discharging gas from coke furnace is detached from gas collectors, and cover 18 of riser 5 for discharging gas from coke furnace opens. Then from both sides there removed are doors of furnace chambers, from coke furnace there extruded is coke mass to coke-quenching car. Function of control of hydraulic mode in each individual furnace chamber is provided with shutter mechanism of riser for discharging gas from coke furnace, which is controlled with actuator 13 in automatic mode as per the scheme of pressure control zones with shutter in the furnace as to time by changing the cross section of throat 25 of riser elbow 17 by opening/closing shutter 27.

EFFECT: improving economic and ecological properties, coke quality, improving safety of masonry of coking chamber.
