FIELD: oil and gas industry; machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oil machine building and can be used in submersible oil-filled reduction gears designed to drive plunger pumps in submersible pumping unit for pumping of formation fluid from oil producing wells. Hydromechanical submersible reduction gear comprises mechanical transmission in the form of a screw with a nut, a hydraulic motor, a self-reversing hydraulic distributor configured to control the direction of rotation of the shaft of the mechanical transmission, diaphragm chamber and heat exchange device arranged between hydraulic distributor and diaphragm chamber and consisting of two sections of radially located plate-like or tubular channels for cooled oil, connected via receiving and delivery valves to each other and, accordingly, to hydraulic distributor and diaphragm chamber.
EFFECT: higher operating reliability of hydromechanical driven reduction gear in conditions of high ambient temperatures.
