FIELD: machine building; oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oil machine building and can be used in submersible hydromechanical reduction gears. Reduction gear comprises screw gear, hydraulic part including hydraulic motor 17 connected via distribution unit 14 with displacement pump 11, and hydraulic protection membrane. Hydraulic part is made in the form of single module with input shaft 6 and output shaft 7 with half-coupling 8 for connection with membrane shaft. In housing 10 of the module there is hydraulic motor 17, unit 14, pump 11, as well as filter unit 12 installed between pump 11 and unit 14. Housing 10 is made with through holes 23 at its ends and with external ribbing in the area of unit 14. Half-coupling 8 is made with annular groove 9 on its outer surface.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to increase operational reliability of the submersible hydromechanical reduction gear due to provision of high oil purification at the inlet of its distribution unit and prevention of local overheating of the hydraulic part of the reduction gear during its operation.
