FIELD: biotechnology.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of biotechnology. Disclosed is a method for genetic identification of apple tree stocks based on analysis of microsatellite markers of genome. Method involves DNA extraction, PCR analysis, fragment analysis on a genetic analyser. To form a universal DNA-passport, 12 microsatellite DNA markers are used, distributed into four multiplex sets, namely: CH03a04, CH01f03b and CN581493 in the first set, Hi16d02, CH04e03 and CN445290 in second set, CH04C07, GD 147 and CH04a12 in third set, NzmsEB146613, CH04e05 and CH02C09 in the fourth set. Accuracy of PCR-amplification fragment size identification by used DNA-markers will make at least 1 pair of nucleotides.

EFFECT: invention allows increasing the rate of DNA-marker analysis and reducing its prime cost, obtaining a DNA-passport which can be used for accurate, faultless identification of samples.
