FIELD: technological processes; mining.
SUBSTANCE: claimed group of inventions relates to recovery of contaminated drilled rock. Technical problem to be solved is the need to optimize the composition of mineral soil components and the method for production thereof in winter. Mineral soil contains drilling wastes (2), sandy ground or soil (3) in amount of 10–50 % of the volume of drilling wastes (2), phosphogypsum (5) and glauconite. Sorption of toxic elements is increased due to that mineral soil contains peat (4), amount of which does not exceed 5–15 % of volume of drilling wastes (2). Content of the remaining components of the mixture is equal to, % of the mass of drilling wastes (2): phosphogypsum (5) 1.5, glauconite 0.5, potassium humate to 0.1. To increase efficiency of proposed method and ensure its performance in winter before mixing components in said quantities in accumulator (1) drilling wastes (2) are covered with canopy. Then steam is fed into the volume of drilling wastes (2). Besides, after mixing of components the produced mixture is covered with canopy and steam is supplied into cavity between canopy and mineral soil surface.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of sorption of toxic elements; higher efficiency of method for making mineral soil and possibility of method implementation in winter period.
