FIELD: drilling waste processing.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the processing of drilling waste using a complex sorbent with an activated component that provides isolation of oil products and salt ions of heavy metals in drill cuttings. The activated complex sorbent contains 18-20 wt.% peat, 10 wt.% clay powder PBMB, 60-62 wt.% Zeostimul and birch ash - the rest. In this case, peat is used, previously sifted through a sieve with a diameter of 1.25 mm, treated with a 2% solution of alkali in a 3% solution of hydrogen peroxide and dried at a temperature not exceeding 130°C.
