FIELD: optomechanical instrument making.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to optical-mechanical instrument-making and is intended to increase deformation measurement accuracy. In the disclosed device, an electromechanical part, a fiber-optic measurement system and a computer control system are connected. Sensors are attached to precision bended metal beam. Deformation value calculated for point of attachment of each sensor for each value of loading force from the received range is compared to change of optical signal reflected from Bragg grating of sensor. Quality criterion of the fiber-optic sensor is the proportional dependence of the shift of the peak value of the wavelength of the reflected light signal on the calculated value of the bending deformation which is considered to be true.

EFFECT: achieving high-accuracy calibration and checking of flexural deformation fiber-optic transducers.
