FIELD: measuring equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to measuring equipment, in particular, to systems and methods for synchronized vector measurements. A method for synchronized vector measurement is proposed, in which: in an interrogator, an optical signal is received from a voltage and/or current sensor via optical fiber; in the interrogator, a time synchronization signal is received; in the interrogator, a moment of time t, during which the optical signal was received from the voltage and/or current sensor, is determined; in the interrogator, a time delay ts corresponding to the voltage and/or current sensor is determined; in the interrogator, a moment of time, during which the optical signal was transmitted from the voltage and/or current sensor, is determined by subtraction of the time delay ts from the moment of time t, during which the optical signal was received; in the interrogator, a phasor is calculated based on the received optical signal; and a time tag is added to the phasor with indication of the moment of time, during which the optical signal was transmitted from the voltage and/or current sensor.

EFFECT: invention allows for simplification of implementation of a phasor measurement unit (PMU) by elimination of the need for power supply sources and GPS equipment at each measurement point.
