FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to mining and can be used in oil production while monitoring the state of the well fluid. Method comprises extracting oil from different intervals of the well fluid through radial channels made in the flow column at certain intervals, by placing the valves in the closed or open position in these channels, mixing and directing the extracted oil through the pipe into the pump receiving chamber. For this, the flow column is blocked from the bottom by a plug, which excludes the well fluid flow into the extracted oil. To set the working position of the valves, the productivity of the well fluid and oil pressure in front of the pump receiving chamber are measured by means of pressure, temperature, chemical composition, water content and pH sensors, through interval monitoring, and, depending on the incoming information, the channels are opened or closed and the pump performance is controlled. Plant comprises a flow column into which cross-flow couplings with radial and central channels are mounted at intervals, to extract oil from the well, an electric drive pump with a casing covering the receiving chamber and communicating with the flow string suspended on the wellhead, and a liner, blocked from below by a plug and equipped with a centralizer, is attached to the lower coupling. Couplings are provided with an electric drive valve, for example a shut-off solenoid valve, n front of the shut-off seat of which, sensors for measuring the parameters of the well fluid (chemical composition, water content and pH), functionally connected with the controller, are installed. Electric drive pump is equipped with a telemetry module containing at least a pressure sensor. Pumping plant is equipped with a telemechanical system which provides the transfer of instructions from the controller to the electric drives of both the pump and the shut-off valves, and control information from the sensors – in the opposite direction, with the possibility of interval monitoring of the productivity of the well fluid and the oil pressure in front of the pump.
EFFECT: technical result is simplified design and lower costs of installing the plant in the well.
