FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to medical monitoring. Disclosed are not short-term carrier for storing instructions for medical monitoring purposes and a monitor comprising: a display part; sensors which read vital signs of the examined person, including at least one parameter of cardiovascular system and at least one respiratory parameter; and a microprocessor or microcontroller programmed to perform a method for determining early warning quantitative indices for the cardiovascular system (DEWQICVS), including the following operations: (i) classification of the person being tested using cardiovascular deterioration classifiers, each of which is trained to classify a person being tested in accordance with a different type of cardiovascular deterioration, for generation of quantitative indicators of early warning for cardiovascular system on various types of deterioration of cardiovascular system, wherein the cardiovascular deterioration classifiers operate based on a set of input data characterizing the person being tested, comprising the said cardiovascular parameter and the respiratory parameter read by the sensors, and (ii) output of quantitative indicators of early warning for cardiovascular system on various types of deterioration of cardiovascular system on display part contained in patient's monitor. Cardiovascular deterioration classifier also contains: a physiological model-based detector simulating deterioration of the cardiovascular system using algebraic or differential equations to generate a quantitative index based on the cardiovascular deterioration model; and a quantitative index combiner, generating a weighted combination of quantitative indices for cardiovascular deterioration, comprising an empirical quantitative index, rule-based quantitative index, and model-based quantitative index.
EFFECT: group of inventions provides higher efficiency of medical monitoring.
