FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine. Method for detecting acute ischemia is carried out using an apparatus for detecting acute ischemia. Electrocardiograph (ECG) with 12 leads for a subject is obtained. Using a device for processing electronic data, 12-lead ECG conversions into leads for a particular vessel (LFPV) are applied to 12-lead ECG data to generate LFPV data for the subject. Values ST for data of LFPV are determined. Decision is made as to whether the subject has acute ischemia by comparing the ST values for the LFPV for the left anterior descending arteries (LADA), the left enveloping artery (LEA) and right coronary artery (RCA) with corresponding pre-stored threshold values ST for LFPV. Acute or ischemic anxiety or warning signal is given if a decision is made that the subject has acute ischemia. Decision making is not based on ECG data with 12 leads relating to isoline, for which it is known that they do not indicate acute ischemia. Decision includes selection of ST threshold values for the individual-based LFPV, for which 12-lead ECG data are obtained.
EFFECT: higher accuracy of 12-lead ECG interpretation for acute ischemia identification, as well as detection of acute ischemia with 12-lead ECG with fewer false-negative results.
