FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to experimental pathophysiology, neurology and medicine of emergency situations, and can be used for prevention of nervous system damage in experimental ischemia and reperfusion of tissues. Pathology is modeled by applying rubber bundles on both rear extremities of animals at the level of the inguinal fold. 30 minutes before the revascularisation of the tissues, the Gordox preparation is administered in amount of 10000 KIU/kg of body weight of the animal once intraperitoneally. Additionally, 5 minutes after Gordox introduction, Cerebrolysin preparation is introduced in amount of 0.7 ml/kg of animal's body weight intraperitoneally once. Proteinase-inhibitor system is evaluated in blood serum from carotid arteries and jugular arteries. State of the proteinase-inhibitor system is evaluated in cerebral homogenate supernatants. Pathomorphological changes of the cerebrum are assessed.

EFFECT: method provides effective prevention of nervous system damage in reperfusion syndrome in experiment by combined action of the preparations.
