METHOD FOR SURGICAL TREATMENT OF PEYRONIE'S DISEASE Russian patent published in 2020 - IPC A61B17/00 

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to urologic surgery. Operation to eliminate the penis curvature is performed in two stages, wherein at the first stage of the operation, the following manipulations are performed on the convex side of the penile curvature: first, three transverse skin incisions of 0.3 cm in length are made every 2 cm, further, above the cavernous body using the channeled Kocher's probe, a subcutaneous space is tunneled in the proximal direction from the coronary furrow to the base of the penis, then atraumatic needle is injected with non-absorbable suture into distal transverse incision of skin, picking albuginea shell at depth of 3–5 mm, then this needle with suture is punctured into median transverse incision, further, this needle with a thread is again pricked into a median transverse incision, picking the gall bladder at depth of 3–5 mm, then this needle with a suture is punctured into a proximal transverse incision, after which this needle is turned through 360°, then this needle with suture is conducted subcutaneously through formed tunnel to median transverse incision, and the free distal end of the suture is also delivered to the median transverse incision through the tunnel, after which the ends of the suture are tightened together, eliminating the deformation of the penis; after eliminating the penis deformation, the ends of the suture are connected to each other in the subcutaneous knot. Then, at the second stage of the operation, all manipulations of the first stage of operation are repeated on the concave side of the penis curvature, after which all skin incisions are closed with interrupted single sutures.

EFFECT: method allows to prevent development of hematoma and to preserve penile skin mobility.
