FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction materials and can be used for heat insulation of metal surfaces of industrial equipment and working surfaces of pipelines operated at low (up to 100 °C) temperatures. Composition for heat-insulating coating contains, wt. %: binder - mixture of butadiene-styrene rubber and acrylic polymer 25–35, hollow phenol-formaldehyde microspheres 20–40, pigment 3–5, water is the rest. Mixture of butadiene-styrene rubber and acrylic polymer contains 30–70 wt. % butadiene-styrene rubber from total amount of butadiene-styrene rubber and acrylic polymer.
EFFECT: technical result is increase in heat-insulating and strength properties of coating.
