FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to building materials and can be used for thermal insulation and fire protection of concrete and metal surfaces of various building structures and industrial equipment. Composition for a heat-insulating fire-resistant coating is described comprising: a silicone rubber SKTNF 20–80, a catalyst K-18 1.8–2.2, hollow carbon microspheres 20–60 and a flame retardant additive, in which quality is used a finely divided galvanic slurry formed during the reagent purification of waste waters of galvanic production.
EFFECT: coating according to the claimed invention provides good adhesion to the surface, is technologically easy to apply, has increased strength and thermal insulation properties, has a self-extinguishing effect, and a safe disposal of galvanic slurry is also ensured.
