FIELD: lifting devices.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to hoisting device for maintenance and repair of overhead system. Lifting device is arranged on railway vehicle and comprises support frame, insulated work platform, worker protection device. Railway vehicle is equipped with two modules. First module is located on the working platform and consists of a high-voltage sensor, a unit for converting and transmitting information at a radio frequency and an operability check button. Second module is located in cabin of railway vehicle and consists of unit for receiving information on radio frequency and its conversion, switching unit, light panel and unit for conversion and transmission of information in GSM standard. In case of high voltage on an isolated work platform, the protective device of the worker connects the earthing current collector of the railway vehicle with the contact wire, at the same time the earthing current collector is connected to the switching unit and to the sound information signalling connected to the switching unit.
EFFECT: creation of device for protection of person against electric shock and notification on presence of hazardous potential on elevator housing.
