FIELD: food industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry and may be used for production of confectionary products, particularly pastila. Disclosed is a method of making confectionary products, including preparation of apples, for which they are sorted, calibrated, washed, removing mechanical impurities, peeled and de-cored, grinded fruit to produce puree, then the puree is whipped with a blender and a pastila mass is produced, then in the produced pastila mass one adds wheat germ flour and/or wheat germs, whipped again with a blender, and then laid on a warm non-stick surface, on which for 20–24 hours at temperature of 50–60 °C is subjected to drying, after which it is removed from non-stick surface and cut. After the fruits are grinded, the puree is boiled and cooled; the produced pastila mass is additionally added with cereal bran, beet fibers, aromatic herbs thermally treated.

EFFECT: invention allows to produce a product with high content of carbohydrates and food fibers, with increased biological and nutritive value, having high biological activity, containing increased content of ballast substances, having stimulating effect on all human body systems, removing toxins and slags from organism, which leads to weight reduction and long-lasting rejuvenation effect, and does not require use of acidity regulators, flavors and disintegrating agents.
