FIELD: data processing and transmission.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to transmission of information on configuration of a reference signal. Method comprises steps of determining, by means of a base station, an indicator of a reference probing signal resource or an indicator of a precoding transmission matrix, which corresponds to the phase tracking reference signal information; and transmitting, by a base station, a downlink control information (DCI) message which includes a probing reference signal resource or a transmission precoding matrix indicator to a terminal device. Terminal device performs uplink transmission using information on the phase tracking reference signal port.
EFFECT: reduced service load on physical layer and service load from signaling.
