FIELD: municipal engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to municipal services for winter maintenance of pedestrian areas in order to prevent frost formation and can be used in cities and settlements for treatment of adjacent territories, parking lots, steps, and so forth. Anti-icing composition contains zeolites with size of fractions of 0.2–1.2 mm and components which lower the freezing point of water. Working composition is absorbed by natural zeolite with content of SiO2 65–70 % 32 % solution of natural bischofite of Volgograd deposit with density of 1300 kg/m3 to composition moisture content of 10–20 %. Weight ratio of components per 1000 g: 32 % solution of natural bishofit of Volgogradsky deposit with density 1300 kg/m3 - 300 g, with a natural zeolite containing SiO2 at least 65 % - 700, the flow of composition is 0.5–1.5 kg per square meter of surface to be treated with ice thickness of 1–5 mm, respectively.
EFFECT: invention allows to produce an anti-icing anti-ecologically safe facility for treatment of pre-wet and pedestrian ice sheets with thickness of 1–5 mm and ensures duration of action of the composition and reduction of adhesion activity between the ice coating and the treated surface.
