AIR SEPARATOR FOR REFRIGERATING SYSTEM Russian patent published in 2020 - IPC F25B43/04 F25B49/02

Abstract RU 2729305 C1

FIELD: refrigerating equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to cooling equipment, namely to air separators and can be used for removal of non-condensed gases from refrigeration plants. Air separator of the refrigeration system includes housing with coil, air outlet line, liquid coolant feed line, steam coolant supply line, return line and expansion valve. Input / output of operator's panel is connected to controller. In housing there installed are temperature, pressure, upper and lower level sensors, outputs of which are connected to the second and first discrete inputs of controller. Outputs of temperature and pressure sensors are connected to the third and fourth analogue inputs of the controller. Third discrete output of controller is connected to control input of fourth solenoid valve, which output is connected to the inlet of the thermoregulatory valve and to the output of the stop-check valve through the pipeline, the input of which through the third solenoid valve and the fourth shut-off valve is connected through the pipeline to the housing outlet. Input of the fourth solenoid valve is connected to the liquid coolant supply line through the second filter and the fifth shutoff valve. Control input of the third solenoid valve is connected to the fourth discrete output of the controller. First control input of the thermostatic valve is connected to the balloon of the thermoregulation valve installed on the return line pipeline. Second control input of the thermostatic valve is connected through the second shut-off valve to the return line and to the coil output. Outlet of the thermostatic valve is connected to the coil inlet. Outlet of the second shut-off valve is connected to the output of the safety valve, the inlet of which is connected to the case through the pipeline. Control input of the second solenoid valve is connected to the second discrete output of the controller. Input of the second solenoid valve through the third shut-off valve and the pipeline is connected to the housing, and the outlet through the check ball valve is connected to the outlet line. Control input of first solenoid valve is connected to first discrete output of controller, input of first solenoid valve is connected via first shut-off valve to steam coolant feed line, output of the first solenoid valve through the first filter and control valve is connected via pipeline to the housing.

EFFECT: reliable and environmentally safe removal of non-condensed gases from the refrigeration system.
