FIELD: space equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to space engineering and can be used to hold spacecrafts (SC) in given range of longitudes and latitudes of working position on orbit without interference with other SCs. In the collocation method on the geostationary orbit, the total nominal longitude retention area (LRA) is equally divided between collocation participants; sublatellite point longitude is in the LRA center with minimum play, due to selection of optimum dependence of sidereal period of circulation after correction of retention from current position SC by longitude relative to center of LRA and serial connection of correction engines to calculated duration. When eccentricity of orbit of each SC of specified limit value is achieved, sufficient to form guaranteed buffer zones at boundaries between LRA, zeroing corrections of eccentricity are performed.
EFFECT: technical result of the invention is collocation when more than two geostationary SCs are in a single work area.
