METHOD OF PROCESSING OF BARK AND WOOD WASTES, BIOREACTOR AND PROCESS LINE FOR IMPLEMENTATION OF METHOD Russian patent published in 2020 - IPC C05F11/00

Abstract RU 2729366 C1

FIELD: biotechnology.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to environmental and agricultural biotechnology, specifically to recycling and processing of material of bark separation process: bark and wood waste (BWW) of pulp-and-paper and woodworking industries to produce organic fertilizer. Method of processing bark and wood waste is carried out by introduction into bark and wood mass of activating solution containing biogenic elements limiting the biodegradation process and a community of microorganisms having cellulolytic and ligninolytic activities, as well as aeration of medium with atmospheric air. Process is ensured by application of the process line including the bioreactors immersed into the bark and wood mass, which are located in the form of a network and connected with pipelines, bioreactors are cylindrical perforated reservoirs equipped with a supply pipes system, through which the activating solution is periodically supplied and performs aeration, and the fluid phase formed as a result of processing, which is a liquid biofertilizer, is periodically pumped out from the inside of the bioreactor.

EFFECT: providing the possibility of processing of bark and wood wastes in the bark and wood mass, multiple acceleration of processes of BWW biodecomposition and conversion of its mass into useful products – liquid and solid organic fertilizers.
