FIELD: processing of organic wastes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to processing organic wastes, specifically to industrial processing of agricultural and other biodegradable wastes into humified organomineral fertilizers in liquid and solid form. Method consists in the fact that substrates are prepared on a technological platform by adding plant residues and natural agrominerals to organic wastes, wherein natural agrominerals are added in amount of 1-5% of weight of organic wastes, with subsequent homogenisation and bringing moisture content of compositions to normal 60 % on process site using mixing machines, followed by uniform loading of prepared substrates into a block of fermenters. Using a controller and a system for high-pressure aeration and discrete finely dispersed irrigation, the system for automated control and fermentation processes are adjusted at a temperature of substrates with agrominerals equal to 65-75 °C, wherein automated discrete high-pressure aeration is carried out evenly throughout the volume of the substrate, and finely dispersed irrigation is carried out in two circuits, the first of which irrigates the upper layers of the substrate over the entire area of the fermenter to maintain moisture content of 55-65 % of the entire volume of the substrate, and the second circuit performs finishing finely dispersed irrigation of only the central zone of the surface of the heated neo-humus to obtain a liquid-phase biohumel. Eluate from the lower layers of the substrate is collected using a collection system on the floor of the fermenter unit. After achieving degree of humification of 25-50%, solid-phase humified organomineral fertilizer is unloaded from the block of fermenters. Method is carried out by means of a system which comprises a housing of a closed structure, in which are located: mixing station, unit of chamber type fermenters, high-pressure discrete aeration system, discrete finely dispersed irrigation system, unit for automated control of biodynamic fermentation with a programmable controller, sensors distributed in the mass of the substrate. Discrete finely dispersed irrigation system has two circuits, the first of which provides irrigation of the top layers of the substrate, and the second circuit provides irrigation of the central zone of the substrate in order to increase concentration of the eluate.
EFFECT: shorter duration of composting and high degree of humification of the compost.
