SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with treating strictures of extrahepatic bile ducts. One should perform paracostal access of 3-4 cm length beginning near sternal xiphoid process to continue it for the distance of 4-5 cm in longitudinal direction in projection of right-hand rectus muscle of abdomen. One should then apply the ring of "Mini-Assistant" dilator with retractors into the wound, isolate the area of hepaticocholedochal stricture and form inter-intestinal anastomosis by certain technique, form biliodigestive anastomosis at small intestinal loop operated by certain technique, apply instruments being the constituents of "Mini-Assistant" kit. For searching the initial department of small intestine one should apply laparolifting due to inclining a dilator upwards from the side of the middle line of abdomen.

EFFECT: decreased traumaticity level of interference.
