FIELD: flow rate controllers.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to direct action flow regulators designed to regulate flow rate of liquid or gas. Flow rate regulator comprises a housing with an inlet cavity and a bushing located in the inlet cavity with an outlet channel therein, which forms an outlet cavity and an opening, made in sleeve, connecting inlet and outlet cavities, installed above this window elastic spring element in form of plate, cantilevered relative to sleeve on carriage. Under the free end of the resilient spring element in the form of a plate there are additional windows, at least one, smaller area, which are connected to the output cavity. Additional windows and the main one can be connected by groove or slit. Besides, additional windows may be made from decreasing diameter from main opening to free end of resilient plate.
EFFECT: as a result, a flow rate regulator capable of maintaining a stable flow rate of the working medium or a specified variable flow rate in a wide range of pressure drops on it with a simple change and adjustment of flow characteristics.
