FIELD: regulating devices.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to flow regulators of direct action; it can be used in various devices, for example in rocket engines, to maintain the flow rate or the set ratio of fuel components. The regulator contains a case with input and output cavities, a sleeve with an output channel, located inside the input cavity, and connecting, through at least one window located on the side surface of the sleeve through the output channel, an elastic plate, located above windows of the sleeve from a side of the input cavity of the case, to the output cavity. The elastic plate is rigidly fixed on the outer surface of the sleeve on one of window sides, and it freely rests, on the opposite window side, on the edge of a movably installed carriage with the possibility of its movement along the elastic plate, automatically or manually. A starting device consists of a case with input and output cavities, a displacing element installed in it with the flow regulator fixed on it, having the possibility of movement together with the displacing element. The displacing element is made in the form of a spring-loaded piston having movement limiters made in the case.
EFFECT: high accuracy of regulation is achieved, consumed fuel is saved.
