SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medical system operation. Disclosed is a device for implementing the method, which is powered by battery power, and a control device. Both devices contain Bluetooth communication modules. First medical memory storage comprises a one-time password and a key matching algorithm based on password authentication. Control device contains the second storage device with implemented algorithm of key coordination on the basis of password authentication. Method includes input of one-time password in control data input interface. Method also includes generating a Bluetooth encryption key by a medical device and a control device in the presence of a one-time password and by data exchange via wireless communication channel by means of key matching algorithm based on password authentication. Method further includes storing a Bluetooth encryption key in a first storage device.
