SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medical equipment, namely to safe injection needles. Safe injection needle comprises injection needle (1) consisting of cannula (101) and needle tube (102). At that, cannula (101) is connected to safety-protective cover (2) through the resilient folding mechanism (4), on the side wall of cannula (101) there are two symmetrically placed hooks (103) of the cannula, safety-protective cover (2) is a generally elongated structure, inner chamber of safety-protective cover (2) is hollow, lower end of safety-protective cover (2) is connected to one end of resilient folding mechanism (4), other end of elastic folding mechanism (4) is rigidly connected to side wall of cannula (101), upper end of safety-protective cover (2) is in suspended state, safety-protective cover (2) is made with possibility of folding during folding of elastic folding mechanism (4), safety-protective cover (2) side adjacent to needle tube (102) forms hole (201), other side of safety-protective cover (2), opposite to hole (201), forms closed surface (202), two symmetrically placed latch (203) of protective cover are located in hollow internal chamber of protective cover (2), two latches (203) of protective cover interact with two hooks (103) of cannula, and in safety-protective cover (2) outside of each of latches (203) of protective cover there is limiter (204) of protective cover latch.
