FIELD: medical science.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, particularly to disposable medical instruments for drug injections. Disposable safe injection device comprises a cylinder with supports and a needle holder, a piston inserted into the cylinder and provided with a rod with a support, a cannula and a hollow needle in the form of a pointed tube. Needle is back-stopped and hooked and tightly inserted into the cannula having a slot for the back-stop. Needle is provided with a safety device in the form of a hollow tube with a smooth cone-shaped narrowing towards a needle point. One end of the safety device is attached to the cannula. Compression spring is fitted on said rod and arranged between crossbar arranged between cylinder thrusts and piston thrust. Piston is provided with a hook configured to move forward under the pressure of the piston and to engage with the hook of the needle, simultaneously displacing the needle and releasing the back stop of the needle from the groove of the cannula.

EFFECT: minimizing the risk of injuring the user when injecting drugs, avoiding reuse thereof and extending the range of disposable injection devices.
