FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building, namely to pipeline fittings of power plants, and can be used in installations operating in difficult operating conditions, for example, in nuclear transport installations, to which there are high requirements for reliability and limitation of mass and dimension characteristics. Combined drive of the double-lock valve contains a control drive of the main shut-off element, which consists of a pneumatic actuator having a piston installed inside the body and connected to the stock of the main shut-off element, and contains a backup drive, as well as a control drive of an additional shut-off element. Pneumatic drive piston is made in the form of a solid disc equipped on the side of the backup drive with a hollow cylindrical projection, in the inner cavity of which there is a lower end of the backup drive stock, and on its upper end a sliding nut is installed. Distance between the end of the lower end of the stock of the backup drive and the inner end of the hollow cylindrical projection of the piston exceeds that of the main shut-off element. Running nut is made in the form of an inverted barrel with a hole for the rod placement and installation of the disk springs package. Stock of the backup drive is equipped with a splined bushing interacting with the splined section of the pneumatic drive body.
EFFECT: purpose of the invention is to design a combined drive of a two-valve, which increases reliability of operation of the drive and two-valve valve as a whole due to fast and accurate operation.
