FIELD: power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of power engineering and is intended for use as a shut-off device for shutting off the flow of the working medium in pipelines of power plants. Combined valve contains a body with inlet and outlet pipes with sealing seats, in which two valves are placed. These valves have shut-off elements, each of which interacts with its sealing seat in the body and is connected to its stem, controlled by an independent drive. The sealing seats of the body and the shut-off elements of both valves are located on the side of the inlet body. In this case, the stem of the main valve passes through the passage section of the body between the sealing seats and is connected to the shut-off body, which can be located in the additional internal cavity of the shut-off body of the additional valve, made on the opposite side from its connection to the stem. The axes of both valves are made at an angle to the common axis of the flow section of the body and its nozzles.
EFFECT: invention is directed to the creation of a combined valve with double shutoff of the flow of the working medium with increased reliability and improved hydraulic characteristics.
