FIELD: pipe production.
SUBSTANCE: pipeline fittings for power plants and safe operation of a steam generating plant as a locking device. Two-shut-off valve contains a body with axial and side nozzles, main and additional locking elements located on the side of the side pipe, interacting with coaxial sealing seats of the body and connected to coaxially located inner and outer stems, having thrust heads and controlled by independent drives. The connection of the main shut-off body and the inner stem is performed with a seal in the form of a relief valve, consisting of a seal belt on the thrust head of the inner stem and an inner sealing seat of the main shut-off body, and a support element fixed in the main shut-off body and enveloping the inner stem. Grooves are made in the support element, for example, in the form of through holes. On the side of the axial branch pipe, through holes are made in the main shut-off element, which have the possibility of connecting the internal cavity between the shut-off elements with the internal cavity of the axial branch pipe.
EFFECT: improving the reliability of the two-shut-off valve and reducing the power and dimensions of the drive.
