FIELD: acoustics.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to acoustic systems and can be used mainly as a filler of sound-absorbing structure of aircraft engine nacelle used to reduce acoustic noise. In aircraft engineering, there is a problem associated with the need to create a sound-absorbing structure with wide characteristics of sound absorption. Elimination of the problem is solved by the fact that the method of manufacturing a workpiece of an acoustic structure comprises steps of providing, before the membrane covers from the sheet of elastic material, processing a sheet of elastic material, including step of passing sheet of elastic acoustic material through calender, performing calendering on said sheet, and pre-arrangement and fixation of membrane covers in cells flange part of said membrane covers are subjected to perforation and cuts of said flange part of patterns of membrane covers to edge of resonator part.
EFFECT: thus, use of the invention will make it possible to increase efficiency of acoustic noise reduction and to increase structural-technological properties.
