SUBSTANCE: invention relates to excavating equipment and increases productivity and reliability of ground-breaking machines of continuous action, as well as reduces power consumption. Earth-moving machine hydraulic drive comprises working equipment lifting hydraulic cylinder with hydraulic distributor connected with OR hydraulic valve communicated with working element drive hydraulic motor. Middle branch of hydraulic valve OR is interconnected with rod cavity of hydraulic control cylinder, and its piston cavity is interconnected with hydraulic accumulator, which is connected through reduction hydraulic valve with pressure hydraulic line and other hydraulic line with manometric sensor. Hydraulic control rod stem is connected with running gear hydraulic drive speed control mechanism. During interaction of working equipment with soil working fluid pressure is increased in hydraulic cylinder pressure line and in hydraulic cylinder piston cavity. This pressure is transmitted to the hydraulic valve and to the rod cavity of the hydraulic cylinder via the hydraulic turbine. Hydraulic cylinder piston and rod overcome pressure of hydraulic accumulator charging and move, acting on mechanism of speed control of running equipment. Charging pressure is set on the sensor scale in accordance with properties of the developed soil.

EFFECT: raised efficiency and reliability at simultaneous reduction of power consumption of working process.
