FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction and road machines, namely to single-bucket loaders and reduces power consumption for performance of working process, increases efficiency and simplifies control. Control system comprises basic machine, boom, bucket and hydraulic cylinders and their drive. On the ladle there installed is penetration depth sensor, material volume sensor and bucket turn sensor. During material recruitment, the ladle is introduced into the pile at the depth set by the sensor, after which the bucket is turned through an angle equal to the angle of natural slope of the pile when the bottom is installed parallel to the slope surface. Then the turn angle sensor includes a boom lifting hydraulic cylinder and a hydraulic valve, which with the throttle sets the speed of the cutting edge movement. During material recruitment, bottom position is automatically maintained parallel to slope of material stack and layer of equal thickness is cut off. This reduces power consumption, increases bucket fillability and efficiency, as well as facilitates control of working process.
EFFECT: technical result is reduction of energy consumption in process of material selection into ladle, increase of its filling and increase of productivity.
