SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medical equipment, namely to surgical laparoscopic equipment for wound closure of parenchymal organs, and can be used in surgical management of patients with new growths of parenchymal organs of various localization. Channelled surgical laparoscopic stapling instrument comprises two moving branches of a needle-holder, one of which is fixed at a distance from each other corresponding to the width of the suture, two semicircular double-pointed needles interconnected by a surgical suture, and drive control unit. Cuts of the needle-holder have two elements fixing needles, and the drive unit provides movement of the needle-holder branch according to the preset arc-shaped trajectory and alternate fixation of needles in both branches of the needle-holder for transfer of needles from one branch to the other.

EFFECT: use of the invention provides ease of use in the limited view and in the constrained conditions, reduced risk of postoperative complications, reduced time of the performed surgical operation and higher reliability of haemostasis of vessels, tissues and internal organs during the surgical operation with minimum expenditure of the surgeon, as well as improved functional postoperative state of the patient.
