FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to obstetrics, and can be used for uterine wound closure during Cesarean section operation. 8-shaped sutures with knots tying are preliminarily receded from wound angle, above unchanged serous layer of uterus from both sides. Then the suture is sutured, for this purpose the suture is started from the uterus incision angle, brought to the middle of the wound, thereafter, the rest of the wound is sutured from the opposite incision angle on the uterus to the other suture. Suture application uses self-locking anchor string. Suturing point of each suture is reinforced by overlapping of suture on sutured seam.
EFFECT: method enables reliable closing of the wound edges, which creates the conditions for formation of a regular uterine cicatrix.
