FIELD: medicine; obstetrics.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used when suturing a uterine wound during a caesarean section. An incision on the uterus is made above pl. vesicouterina. To suture a wound on the uterus, a separate 8-shaped suture is applied to one of the corners of the wound and a knot is tied. The short end of the thread is left on the clamp, the long end is cut off. In the opposite corner of the wound, retreating 0.7-1.0 cm from the upper edge of the wound, an injection is made into the serous membrane of the uterus and myometrium to the full thickness. The needle is inserted symmetrically at the lower edge of the wound. On the same side, an injection is made at a distance of 2 mm from the edge, capturing the serous membrane and the upper layer of the myometrium, the needle is passed symmetrically in the upper edge of the wound and pulled up until the edges match in this area. In increments of 1.5 cm, using the same thread, a needle is inserted into the upper edge of the wound at a distance of 2 mm from the edge, capturing the serous membrane and the upper layer of the myometrium. The puncture is made symmetrically in the lower edge of the wound. On the same side, a puncture is made at a distance of 0.7-1.0 cm from the edge in the opposite direction, puncturing at a distance of 0.7-1.0 cm from the upper edge. The thread is tightened until the edges match. In a similar way, suturing is carried out along the entire length of the wound. Having reached the opposite corner, the thread is tied to the remaining short end of the thread. When applying a suture, a monofilament thread is used.
EFFECT: method ensures a reduction in the number of postoperative complications, incompetent scars, and an increase in the number of natural births in the group of women who underwent cesarean section.
