FIELD: medicine, obstetrics. SUBSTANCE: one should restore inferior uterine segment in case of Caesarean operations. Uterine incision is done, sutures are applied. Moreover, one should leave 0.7 cm against the wound's edge. Additionally, one should coincide the upper edges by leaving about 0.2-0.1 cm against the edge for the depth of 0.1 cm.
