FIELD: excavation and moving of soil.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to excavating equipment, namely, to machines for layer-by-layer soil development and its loading into vehicle. Recessing-loading machine includes base machine, pushing bars, attached to them blade with cutting blade, hydraulic cylinders of its lifting, storage bin and transporting mechanism. Extracting-loading machine is equipped with hydraulic accumulator, reduction hydraulic valve, controlled hydro-throttle, electrically driven hydraulic valve, a time relay, a sensor and soil volume indicators, a radio signal panel and a receiver. Blade is located at an angle to longitudinal axis of machine and on its near end behind cutting blade transporting mechanism is installed with outlet above storage bin located on base machine with possibility of unloading into vehicle by means of tilting bottom with hydraulic cylinders of drive, connected by rod cavities with electrically driven hydraulic valve, which is connected to hydraulic accumulator connected to pressure hydraulic line via reduction hydraulic valve via controlled hydro-power plant. Solenoid of the controlled hydraulic valve is connected by an electric line to a time relay connected through contacts of the radio signal receiver to the soil volume sensor mounted on the accumulation hopper.

EFFECT: technical result is higher efficiency and higher reliability.
