FIELD: soil or rock drilling; mining.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to excavating equipment and can be used in open mining of alluvial mineral deposits. Proposed machine comprises base machine to push frame with lifting hydraulic cylinders communicated via hydraulic control valve with hydraulic accumulator. Shafts with screw and hydraulic cylinders are pivoted to pushing frame for their turning in horizontal plane. Behind the plowshares, before the loading mechanism, a movable blade is installed with hydraulic cylinders of its drive communicated via hydraulic distributor with hydraulic accumulator. In translational movement of base machine plowshares with screws, being in floating position with certain pressing force, layer of thawed rock is cut off and moved to knife. Knife, also pressed by certain force to frozen surface and copying its varying relief, cuts layer of maximum thickness of throttled rock from above and directs it to loading mechanism. Loading mechanism lifts rock into accumulation hopper, from where it is unloaded into vehicles. Unloading of the bunker is performed by the driver of the vehicle, which, guided by the readings of the rock volume indicator, approaches the bunker and the remote radio control panel includes an unloading mechanism without stopping the basic machine.
EFFECT: technical result is higher reliability and efficiency with simultaneous reduction of cost of works.
