SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods of making solar battery mechanical device. Solar cell mechanical device manufacturing method is in fact, that frame and panels of solar battery (SB) are connected to each other and through frame with spacecraft hinged joints. At that, the frame, SB panels and hinged units are made as independent structural elements—modules. Connection is performed by means of unified interfaces. Autonomous tests are performed for each module. Connection and interaction of each module with test equipment takes place via unified interfaces. After testing modules are installed at the place of operation, and any of modules is dismantled, installed again or replaced without additional adjustment works.

EFFECT: reduced labor input.
