FIELD: electrical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for systems of guaranteed power supply, electric drives of direct and alternating currents, where voltage increase/decrease of primary source of DC power supply is required. To achieve technical result, proposed device comprises: single-phase bridge transistor inverter connected to outputs of primary source of DC power supply; two-winding transformer, the outputs of the primary winding of which are connected to inverter middle arms points; bridge diode rectifier, to first input terminal of which is connected first transformer secondary winding; rectifier voltage sensor, inputs connected to output terminals of rectifier; current sensor connected to one of rectifier outputs; microcontroller, to the first and second inputs of which the rectifier voltage setting device and the rectifier voltage sensor output are connected, and current input is connected to third input; driver, by input connected to output of microcontroller, and by output—to control inputs of inverter; circuit of series-connected low-resistance active resistor and capacitor with low-inductance impedance (snare-capacitor), which is connected to outputs of primary winding of transformer; alternating current throttle connected between the second output of the secondary winding of the transformer and the second input terminal of the rectifier, wherein rectifier diodes are used in the rectifier.

EFFECT: use of the invention improves reliability and power efficiency of the converter.
