SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for remote access to magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) apparatus. Device for remote control and monitoring of MRI apparatus includes control and monitoring device made in form of KVM over IP unit, client router, server router and personal computer of service engineer, wherein the control and monitoring device is made in the form of a single housing with connectors for connection to the MRI apparatus, and includes: a KVM over IP unit, installed between the MRI apparatus workstation and the MRI monitor, the MRI apparatus parameters monitoring unit, installed between MRI compressor and MRI monitor, client router connected to KVM over IP unit and device parameters monitoring unit, which receives and transmits MRI device data via Internet communication channels to server router, to which personal computer of service engineer is connected, a wireless transceiver connected to a client router and having wireless communication with at least one electronic device of a service engineer and a power supply unit.

EFFECT: technical result is simplification of maintenance and monitoring of MRI apparatus parameters by technical specialist.
