FIELD: means of communication.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to communication equipment. There has been proposed the device that operates as the local network intermediator for the remote connected mobile device. The mobile device is connected to local network through common user network and local network access point. Intermediator supports variable conditions of the mobile device in local network, imitates reduced power consumption mode of the mobile device in local network and gives the above variable conditions to local network objects on behalf of the mobile device.
EFFECT: providing connection of the mobile device to local network without necessity of introducing changes to local network specification in order to consider the peculiar features of mobile communication channels.
