SUBSTANCE: method includes the following stages: an the area of client PC location, control and monitoring device is installed by means of connecting USB unit of control and monitoring device with USB port of client PC; opposite to client monitor, video image acquisition unit is installed; full access to client PC from engineer PC is gained. In this process, any user activities allowed by operational system and BIOS installed on the client PC can be executed on client PC from engineer PC where wireless Internet serves as communication channel. Device for the method implementation.

EFFECT: providing possibility to connect to any type of IBM-compatible PC irrespective to whether it has standard video connectors, providing possibility to back up information from client PC.
