FIELD: automotive tires.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to automotive pneumatic passenger and light truck radial tires, maximum load of which does not exceed 650 kg, rubber-coated carcass web of which consists of one layer of rubberized textile cord, and maximum load of which is more than 650 kg and does not exceed 925 kg, rubber-coated carcass web of which consists of two layers of rubberized textile cord. Tire is characterized by application in rubberized carcass web of one or two layers of rubberized polyester textile cord structure 1440 dtex, with cord layer thickness of 0.6÷0.7 mm, tensile strength of the cord thread of not less than 178 N, the number of torsions of the warp thread of the first and second twist 350÷400 revolutions per 1 m, with warp threads frequency of 110÷120 threads per 100 mm and by weft 7÷9 threads per 100 mm, with rubberized carcass web thickness 0.9÷1.1 mm, using framework rubber materials, providing strength of connection of cord thread with carcass rubber of not less than 140 N/10 mm, using an impregnating composition based on vinylpyridine latex, wherein in the finished tire the pitch of the threads in the rubber-coated carcass web in the bead area is 0.83–0.91, and in the zone of treadmill 1.2–1.5.

EFFECT: higher efficiency of pneumatic tire, lower coefficient of rolling resistance, as well as increased elasticity of carcass web and circumferential rigidity of tire, affecting improvement of resistance of tires to lateral pull.
