FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to preservation of products susceptible to lipid oxidation. Preserving composition contains at least two extracts selected from oak extract obtained from oak bark, grape seed extract and green tea extract, wherein when at least two extracts are grape seed extract and green tea extract, the composition also includes oak extract.
EFFECT: disclosed preservative-containing composition exhibits a synergetic effect when preserving products susceptible to peroxide oxidation of lipids.
