FIELD: heat power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to heat engineering and can be used in district heating systems. Proposed method comprises heat transfer by means of heat carrier, which is supplied to heating units from external sources with regulation of amount of supplied heat depending on climatic parameters of area, controlling the amount of heat generated by the heat supply source is carried out by determining for a given territory the amount of heat needed for optimum heat supply, with control of heat load by fuel consumption as a whole by source of heat supply, additionally determining specific parameters of heat supply source operation at given current moment in time, for this purpose, current parameters of the heat supply source operation are measured by means of instrumentation: fuel consumption of the heat source consumed and the amount of heat energy at the heat supply source outlet, based on the measured parameters, calculating specific fuel consumption for generating heat energy, determining specific climatic parameters of the area at a given current time by measuring ambient air parameters directly at the heat supply source, calculating required amount of heat at current moment in time with measured parameters of outside air, calculating required fuel flow at current moment in time, then setting fuel flow as a whole by source of heat supply, equal to calculated required fuel flow at current moment in time.
EFFECT: high accuracy and efficiency of controlling heat load at a heat supply source.
