FIELD: heat supply.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to heat supply, namely to methods and systems for regulating heating of buildings and to schemes of units for preparing the coolant of heating systems in thermal points of buildings that provide this regulation. The expected results are achieved by interconnected regulation of the temperature and flow rate of the coolant supplied to the heating network in accordance with the equation for the internal air temperature, or the equation of the heating load, or according to the schedule of simple natural or extended natural regulation, including taking into account the thermal balance of heating, or regulation in accordance with the average internal temperature measured or determined by the equation, with completely or predominantly natural circulation of the coolant, which can be water or a special liquid.
EFFECT: increase in the quality of heating: the accuracy and stability of maintaining a set internal air temperature, an increase in the thermal stability of heating systems, a reduction in energy costs for coolant circulation compared to pumping heating systems and a reduction in heat costs for heating, as well as when connecting a building to an external network, a reduction in heat losses in the network and energy costs for transporting the coolant.
